P.O.S.T.#14
P.O.S.T.#14 is a dance project for young people that uses hip hop to explore European history and deepen mutual understanding, reinterpreting themes such as war, peace, borders, and reconciliation through dance.
The dance piece premiered on August 9, 2014, in Sarajevo. For this purpose, the young people lived for two weeks at the "Europa-Schule" (European School) in Sarajevo.
Against the backdrop of the centenary of the outbreak of World War I, the seminal catastrophe of the 20th century, young people aged 14 to 18 from France, Germany, and Bosnia-Herzegovina came together in Sarajevo.
In June 1914, Sarajevo was the site of the assassination of Archduke Franz Ferdinand of Austria, which led to the outbreak of World War I.
